2019 Clip installation robot cells

These SCARA robot cells were used to install and inspect plastic clips onto Automotive interior trim parts.  These cells were designed so that the tooling can be changed out very quickly, and run a variety of parts.  These cells were capable of picking and installing a clip in under two seconds.
